Glick's Onyx Firefly

Congratulations to Jennifer Sims

 Owner of Glick's Onyx Firefly!

Carol - Thanks so much for sharing this with me. She is such a lovely filly. I have worked with her a lot and she is such a delight. She picks up all four feet easily, is very sweet natured, and loves her daily grooming! She gets run around time in the round pen when the mornings are cool and quiet time with a fan and large stall with meadow views when it is hot. She seems happy as a clam. We have worked on leading, halter on/off, hand grazing, and de-spooking during farm tours (tractors, trailers, lawn mowers, stallions at play, a bus full of senior citizens, etc.) BUT: Nothing to  work on.  No challenges. Everything seems so easy for her.

Thanks again for raising such great Morgans!

MORE NEWS from Jennifer

Just wanted to let you know that we took some more video of our Morgans and Firefly has a small but terrific part in it. She is such a pretty mover! We need to take more because she is getting more athletic every day. She follows me around as we do obstacle courses and is a perfect lady on the lead (except when the weather gets cool and she is fresh). But she is never "bad" just wanting to dance. She voluntarily took several jumps in the arena and seems a natural. We also have walked through a tunnel of shrubbery (dark and spooky) and she followed me right in and didn't bat an eye. We have also done a maze. She has been a star. Picks up all four feet while just "ground tied". I wish I had another one just like her.

Hello

I was going through my Morgan stuff today and came across your address. I thought you might like to know how one of your Bogart daughters is doing. Ale's Hope is now a spirited four-year-old and we couldn't be happier with her. She's a great little mare. In the picture, my seven year old is riding her. Hope is her horse and they love trail riding together. I would like to bring Hope to see you in a couple of years to "visit" with Zoey. I'm still waiting on that black baby!

Thank you again for a great Morgan mare,

Angela Everhart
